Job Purpose

We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, and highly-organized Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our non-Taiwanese business leaders, assisting with administrative tasks and addressing a wide range of daily challenges. Your basic responsibilities will encompass managing schedules, running errands, booking appointments, coordinating with service providers, and handling bill management and purchasing, all to streamline the executives' professional and personal lives.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be adaptable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, with excellent research & analytical skills, making them able to support long-term planning for executives' business and personal affairs. As a dedicated and diligent Personal Assistant, you’ll understand executive preferences, integrate seamlessly into their daily activities, and thrive in a high-paced environment, executing tasks with precision.

Responsibilities

    • Support the executive team directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, housing needs, etc.
    • Carry out background research on a broad range of topics, presenting findings including recommendations
    • Assist executives by helping organize family or social events and providing an all-round amazing support network.
    • Book and arrange domestic or international travel, transport and accommodation
    • Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadline
    • Manage and file expenses via our paperless administration process
    • Support internal office administration including ordering & purchasing, identifying & managing vendors, conducting follow up on ongoing activities and processes
    • Assist on other support needs that may arise that fit your skill set

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent
    • Native mandarin speaker with strong English language skills (spoken and written)
    • Experience in administrative, secretarial or related field
    • Exceptional organizational skills, confident & strong communicator
    • Research and critical thinking skills
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
    • The ability to use own initiative to solve problems
    • Highly motivated, positive, proactive and a logical “do-er”
